The group consists of Trey Anastasio, Mike Gordon, Jon Fishman and Page McConnell. They are considered legends of music and have contributed much in this area through their work.
The group began in 1983 at the University of Vermont, where four students Trey, Fish, Mike and Jeff started doing concerts on campus and other areas.
Not enough resources, but have the passion and love for music that has become his driving force. Their music sessions used to be quite rough and informal.
In fact, their first official gig as Phish happened in his own university in a basement room where it is used a hockey stick as a microphone. Their first gig was a bar up and Nectar 's in the same year.
Phish 'S first study of the project "Phish white tape was recorded during their studies. In 1995, Page joined the group in some shows and soon became a permanent member of Phish. Also have begun to do concerts with other local bands.
Some of the places where Play Phish were found in a bar these days Frat Doolin, Springfest and streets Europe. They have never been interested in launching a good start in the music and enjoyed playing life.
However, they have made a considerable improvement in response to the template of his life, and not forget their studies are going from coast to coast.
